I recently made a
white gazpacho soup that The Pioneer Woman wrote about last week. The recipe calls for fennel, which I only just learned about for this recipe. Who knew it smells like licorice?? Check out the recipe on her website - it's pretty easy to follow. What's so great about it is that all the ingredients are pretty standard and easy to get. Plus it's interesting and different than the usual. And a chilled soup to have during the hot weather!
